Jurisdiction: Alabama, USA

Glory Electric Vehicle Charging Solutions, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Glory EV”) created this Privacy Policy because we know you care about how the information you provide to us is used and shared. This Policy applies to the Glory EV website, including all subpages (“Website”), and our Charging-as-a-Service (CaaS) operations.

1. Scope of Policy

This Policy applies to visitors of our Website and clients (real estate owners, hospitality providers, and individual EV drivers) who utilize Glory EV charging stations. This Policy does not apply to third-party services, even if linked from our Website.

2. Information Collection and Use

We collect information (1) provided directly by you, (2) through trusted third-party verification (e.g., banks, payment platforms), and (3) via automated website cookies.

Personal Information

“Personal Information” refers to data that identifies a specific person, their vehicle, or an anonymous identifier (like an IP address) linked to an account.

For Clients/Partners: We collect business contact details (name, email, phone) to manage portfolio-level partnerships and NOI reporting.

For Charging Users: We collect payment information, email, and mobile numbers to facilitate charging sessions.

License Plate & Vehicle Data: We may collect vehicle details (make, model, year) and license plate data to monitor parking enforcement and session accuracy.

Automated Technical Data

Cookies & Logs: We use cookies and web server logs to monitor traffic, prevent fraud, and enhance the functionality of our CaaS platform.

Charging Session Data: We collect start/end times, energy consumed (kWh), and charging rates (kW) to provide billing and automated hardware maintenance.

3. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

Glory EV does not sell or rent your Personal Information to marketers. We share data only with:

  • Trusted Service Providers: Payment processors (e.g., Stripe), authentication services (e.g., Auth0), and data partners.
  • Property Providers: Charging data may be shared with the host property (e.g., hotel or apartment complex) as a necessary part of managing the Parking License and enforcing parking rules.
  • Financial & Capital Partners: Aggregated and anonymized data may be shared with banks or angel investors for the purpose of capital raising and verifying business scalability.
  • Legal Authorities: We cooperate with local (Alabama) and national authorities in investigations of improper or unlawful activities.

4. Data Retention and Security

We retain Personal Information to ensure transactions are processed and to comply with Alabama state laws and banking requirements.

Security: We use industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, firewalls, and IP whitelisting. Access is limited to employees who require it for job functions (e.g., hardware monitoring).

Disposal: If you terminate your relationship with Glory EV, we will make best efforts to delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable time, unless retention is required for tax, accounting, or legal auditing.

5. Alabama State Specific Provisions

Data Breach Notification: In compliance with the Alabama Data Breach Notification Act, we will notify you and the Alabama Attorney General of any security breach likely to cause substantial harm within 45 days of discovery.

Small Business Exemption: While Glory EV scales, we maintain high privacy standards that anticipate future growth beyond Alabama’s current small business exemptions.
